Company started it’s business in year 1980 as a small proprietary venture to design, develop, manufacture & market these pumps starting with small, low cost, general purpose gear pumps as a standard product readily available though network of dealers. The company followed brick & mortar economy with consistence commitment to produce quality embedded product. Company also addressed the typical pumping problem peculiar while handling viscous liquid and also offered free guidance in selective, installing & using such pumps to ensure constant growth of the company and expand into OE & Project business.

We are also approved by consultant like EIL, Jacob H&G, UHDE, Dasturco, PDIL, Desein, and Tata Consult. Engrs., DCEL, Davy Power Gas, Indian Navy, DLW etc. & we also offer testing to any inspecting authority. At our end each pump are tested individually for its performance & workmanship. In 1980, we decided to plunge into Gear Pump business used for loading, unloading, transfer and pressurizing of viscous & semi-viscous liquids, but by that time gear pump name was spoiled badly due to incompetence of gear pump manufacturers of those days on one hand & marketing skill of Screw-Pump manufacturers on other hand. Even consultants like EIL, TCE, H&G etc. started believing that gear pumps are low efficient, outdated pump & should not be recommended for application above 2” Size with capacity up to 200 LPM & pressure up to 7 bar. Whereas the fact was that screw pumps were offered with marginal efficiency advantage to the extent of just 5% above the prevailing 35% to 45% efficiency of gear pump for low & medium pressure application but exaggerated claims were made and customers were won with marketing gimmick and in this process they were also screwed royally on price.
Unless gear pumps with much higher efficiency than screw-pump are designed & developed, one cannot penetrate the shrinking market of gear pump. The challenge can be met only if one rises to the occasion.
On going into the depth of the subject we found that gear pump applications are not restricted to few what we had thought about, they are also used extensively & exclusively for lubrication in IC engines & machine tools, hydraulic application for power transmission device, metering application for polymer filament yarns etc. here, pumps up to 210 bar pressure are designed. In hydraulic gear pumps efficiency in range of 95 to 98% is achieved & this has to be as one can effort to lose power in the power transmission device. We took clue from this & set down to design & develop an efficient gear pump to match screw pump perform & we met with success to find that efficiency of our gear pumps are much more that twin-screw pumps and are even better than triple-screw pump.
When we introduce our revolutionary gear pump design first time in India. We had thought one day all gear pumps for general-purpose application will be made like this & it has come true, as many have started copying our pumps. It took them 20 years to copy the shape & will take another 20 years to copy the substance still they will never be able to match the performance.
We did not stop at this but continue out efforts to design & develop more sophisticated range of gear pump to match all the sizes & applications of screw-pump offered worldwide. The outcome was, introduction of Twin-Gear pump type RDRN in 1990 available from ½” to 6” sizes & triple-twin gear pump type NDX in 2000 available from 5” to 12” size with capacity up to 500 cubic meter per hour & pressure up to 11 bar. In NDX series to make the pump efficient, we designed impellers of modified profile gears of higher module with lesser no of teeth to carry large volume per unit size and to reduce noise we introduced timing gears and also built in speed reducer to economize on cost of drive. Unbelievably, we achieved efficiency in range of 65 to 70%, which a twin-screw pump can never achieve & triple screw pump can, only if operated at high pressure.
Today all these pumps are tried out and extensively tested in fields and have proved its credential. The content on following pages justifies & confirms our proclamation.
What we do
In last 35 years since our inception, we have designed & developed more than 250 model/ size of gear pumps covering almost all viscous liquid application. 'ROTODEL' rotary gear pumps are well known for its compactness & reliability. Efficiency of all our gear pumps is 25% to 30% more than conventional gear pump offered by any other indigenous manufacturer. Advantages of both screw pump & gear pump have been combined in our gear pump to make it as efficient & noiseless as screw pump and as simple & cost economical as gear pump. Use of best materials with appropriate surface treatment enhances the working life of the gear pump to the great extent. Standardization in design ensures interchangeability of parts & easy availability of spares.
To expand Gear pump business company has also entered into system business offering standard loading,unloading skids in simplex & duplex design with or without measuring device, lubricating systems, cooling & filtration systems, pumping & heating systems etc. In all these systems, the equipments are arranged in vertical configuration to offer ease in maintenance & saving in space. The company is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified company; the company also plans to increase its install capacity from 18,000 pumps per annum to 27,000 pumps. Investment has already been made to house the expansion& the system business.
